We’ll be in Rome with our friends of a great wine shop in Rome, Solovino, that sells only natural wines. Podere Anima Mundi together with other winemakers (Il Roccolo di Monticelli, Rocco di Carpeneto and Ca’ del Zago)  will let you taste great natural wines. Frank Villani, sommelier and teacher at several food & wine schools, will be there too, telling you more about natural wines.
